Stretch & Sound to the music of Trevor Hall

Join us in the vintage barn where Sound healer and yoga teacher Carrie Morgan will lead us through a gentle yoga style stretch to the music of Trevor Hall. Our stretch will be followed by a decadent 20 min sound bath with the resonating sounds and synergistic harmonies of crystal bowls. No yoga experience is required. Add on our collagen forehead mask "Third Eye" made with lotus flower or refreshing under eye masks $8 each or $15 both.  After the session, we will offer herbal tea with our own farm fresh honey. Bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye pillows or other items of comfort. Limited to 15 people. $35
