Southlake Salt Room & Spa is nestled in the quiet wooded corner of our 50 acre farm in Southwest Virginia. We intricately designed the structure of the facility sourcing the most environmentally responsible materials. Our vintage grain bin creates a truly unique experience with a salt room on the first floor and a dramatic vaulted ceiling yoga room on the second floor. The agricultural roots of the serene south stretches throughout the spa.

Know Before You Go

Will I feel anything?

Yes, relaxed! Halotherapy is a natural expectorant so you may experience some coughing and mucus clearing.

I am a smoker, would this benefit me?

Not if you are currently using tobacco products. Guests should refrain from using

all tobacco and recreational products 3

weeks prior to session.

How many sessions will I need?

Many people feel benefits after a single session. However, clients with a chronic respiratory or skin condition may need multiple sessions to strengthen their

immune system and provide relief. Every individual is unique.

Keep in Mind

Salt sessions in the communal room begin
on the hour. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the client intake form. If you arrive late, we will not interrupt the session and
would be happy to re-book the session for

you.

Please refrain from using your cell phone in
our spa.

Prior to your visit, we ask that you do not apply any cologne, perfume,or fragrance lotion. Please respect this policy so as not to potentially affect our clients with respiratory issues. Thank you.
