Stretch & Sound & Lavender

Join us in celebrating lavender season! Pick your own bouquet in our lavender field. Then your way to our vintage barn where therapist and yoga teach Carrie Morgan will lead us through a gentle yoga style stretch followed by a decadent 20 min sound bath with the resonating sounds and synergistic harmonies of crystal bowls. No yoga experience is required. After the session, we will offer herbal tea with our own farm fresh honey and light refreshments. Bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye pillows or other items of comfort. Limited to 15 people. $45
