Stretch & Sound in The Barn

Stretch and Sound in the Barn July 16 10:30-12

Start off your weekend with a gentle yoga stretch in the barn followed by a Crystal Bowl sound immersion with Carrie Morgan. Each participant will receive a lavender sachet harvested from our field. Please bring your own mat and any other items you would like to be comfortable during the Sound Bowl session. We will meet at the spa and take the shuttle bus to the farm around the corner. The bus will depart at 10:20. Purchase your ticket on our website to secure your spot. There are no restrooms at the barn. Space is limited. $25pp
