Stretch and Sound and Flowers
Join us for our popular Stretch and Sound, gentle yoga led by our sound therapist Carrie Morgan followed by a decadent 20 min long savasana sound bowl immersion. Afterwards, you have the option of picking some of our fresh farm flowers.
Located in our vintage barn, meet at our spa at 9:45 and ride the shuttle bus around the corner to the farm. Please provide your own mat and any other items of comfort for savasana such as a head pillow or eye pillow. RSVP and purchase tickets online.
