About the Event

Join us for a gentle yoga stretch led by Carrie Morgan followed by a decadent and relaxing sound bowl session. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat if you have one, and any items for your comfort during the  savasana such as a blanket and eye pillow. Class is limited to 12.
