About the Event

Join us for a gentle yoga stretch session in the greenhouse. Class will be led by our yoga teacher/Sound Therapist  Carrie Morgan followed by a long 20 min savasanna with singing sound bowls. Dress in layers, the temperature varies in the greenhouse. Bring your own mat if you have one. RSVP or purchase ticket by 6pm on Friday Feb 24. Limited to 12 participants with a minimum of 4, no yoga experience necessary
