Enjoy a gentle yoga stretch session followed by a decadent 20 min long sound bowl savasana led by yoga teacher/sound healer Carrie Morgan. Bring your own mat if you have one. The barn is located at 112 Cedar Ridge Rd Union Hall. Turn into driveway with sunflowers painted on mailbox, drive slow and park down near the vintage trailer.
