About the Event
Join us for a unique experience upstairs in our vintage stable barn. Carrie will lead us through a gentle yoga stretch. Following our stretch we will be immersed in vibrational sounds (not water) of crystal bowls. No yoga experience is necessary. Please your own mat, blocks, and other props if you have them. If not, they will be provided. Feel free to bring any pillows or bolsters that you would like for comfort during the 20 minute sound bowl bath.
