About the Event
Join us for a unique experience upstairs in our vintage stable barn. Carrie will lead us through a gentle yoga stretch. Following our stretch we will be immersed in vibrational sounds of crystal bowls as Carrie performs a sound bowl bath for us. Yoga experience is not necessary. Please bring your mat if you have one, and any bolsters of pillows that you would like for comfort during the 20 minute Sound Bowl Session. We will also have honey from our farm available for sale.
