Spa tour ~ Forest Walk and Plant ID~ Make your own Lavender Himalayan Bath Salts~ Halotherapy~ Lavender picking in our farm field ~With the warm weather prediction we have modified our options and included a " Enjoy Smith Mountain Lake Experience" call for details~ Sound Bowl Concert in the barn with Carrie Morgan ~Catered Vegetarian Lunch ~ Herbal Teas and Snacks ~
10am - 5pm Dress appropriately and wear comfortable walking shoes, most activities will be outside. Limited to 12 participants.
