Sound Bowl Immersion Experience

Join us for a relaxing immersion in sound as our certified sound healer leads us through a meditative experience with her instruments. Carrie creates a healing environment with her crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, ocean drum, rain stick, chimes and more. Bring your own mat if you have one and any other items that will add to your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, and eye pillow. Dress in layers for the greenhouse.
