Salt + Sound
Singing bowls in the salt room led by Sound therapist Carrie Morgan. Sit back in our comfy chairs with your feet resting on a warm Himalayan salt block, breathing in therapeutic salt air and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of singing sound bowls, gongs, koshi chimes and more. A treat for the mind,body and soul. Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or heavy fragrance in the salt room. Bring a pair of socks if you would like to rest your feet on the warm salt blocks. This is a communal event, do not attend if you are experiencing any cold symptoms.
