Through the use of props for support Restorative yoga allows you to hold a pose effortlessly while allowing you to connect with your breath and find deep relaxation. Sound healer and yoga teacher Carrie will be infusing the room with the vibrational sounds of singing bowls and various instruments while guiding you through your practice. 75 min of deep relaxation for $25 limited to 6 participants
