Oct 16 Fall Retreat Day

Join us for our October retreat days. Stay for the whole day or pick the portion you would like to attend if there is space. Call for details. Sat Oct 16 we will have our popular Stretch and Sound in the barn. A gentle yoga stretch and crystal singing bowl session led by yoga teacher and sound healer Carrie Morgan. Pick your own bouquet of flowers from our farm garden. Make your own gourmet lavender spice rub workshop. A hike in the forest led by Emilee Hall and Lori Dupier highlighting some of the interesting plants with tips on stretching techniques for hikers. Refreshments will be served. Wear appropriate shoes for the hike, bring your yoga mat if you have one.
