Lavender Stretch and Sound in the barn

Join us for the last of the Lavender Days. We‘ll celebrate a productive lavender season with a Stretch and Sound in the barn. Carrie Morgan will lead us through a gentle yoga stretch followed by a vibrational sound immersion with her Crystal bowls. Each participant will receive a lavender sachet, harvested from our field this year. After the session, enjoy a refreshing cup of fresh squeezed lavender lemonade and take a stroll through our lavender field if you’d like. Bring your own mat and any other items you need for comfort during the sound bowl session. Yoga experience is not require. We will meet at the spa and take the shuttle bus around the corner to the farm. The bus will depart at 9:20.
