Fall Wellness Retreat Day

Join us for our popular Fall Wellness Retreat Day filled with relaxing and mindful activities. Self care workshops, halotherapy, make your own oxymel (a healthy herbal elixir made with honey and apple cider vinegar), make your own culinary herbal salts, catered lunch and herbal tea, sound bowl concert and more, Enjoy watching an apple cider pressing demo and taste fresh cider. Taste honey from our bees. Bring a group of friends or meet new ones! Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Sone activities are outside weather permitting, dress accordingly. Space is limited to 12 participants.
