Harvest your intentions and us for a fun filled afternoon of healthy harvest activities. Connect with nature as we guide you through a gentle yoga session in the farm lavender field. The lavender is not bloom however it still smells divine. Take part in or observe the process of apple cider making as we press apples from a local farm. Learn about the health benefits and tradition of Oxymels, and taste a sample made by Peace & Harmony farm. Our Reiki practitioner, Paulette will be offering mini Reiki sessions and answering any questions you have about this ancient healing modality. Locally made CBD salve will be available to sample. We’ll end or retreat with a Sound Bowl Bath in the barn where we take in wonderful healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and more with our sound healer Carrie.
